• Trainee must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid National ID or Residency Permit (Iqama) must be presented.
• The electronic or paper registration form must be completed accurately.
• Trainees are required to attend the full training program (theoretical and practical) to obtain a driving license.
• Failure to attend the full program may require re-registration or other measures as determined by the company.
• Appointment booking opens every Thursday exclusively through the Absher platform.
• Waiting time depends on availability at the selected branch.
• Trainees will be notified of the theoretical test date after completing the online courses, based on registration priority and seat availability.
• Practical training schedules will be communicated according to registration order and seat availability.
• Course fees are based on program duration:
• 6 hours: SAR 690
• 15 hours: SAR 1,466.25
• 30 hours: SAR 2,760
• Payments are made electronically at the branch and must be completed in full before training.
• Installments or alternative payment methods are not available.
• Payments must be made in full before starting the course.
• If a test is failed, trainees must visit the branch to pay the re-test fee and schedule a new date (subject to availability).
• Re-tests are subject to availability and fees must be settled in advance.
• If the scheduled appointment is unsuitable, contact customer service or visit the branch to reschedule.
• If an appointment is missed, trainees must visit the branch after the scheduled date during official working hours.
• Driving license issuance and renewal are processed directly through the Traffic Department. This service is not provided by the company.
• Trainees must adhere to all traffic regulations and official instructions during training and beyond.
• The company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension of services, in case of violations or non-compliance.
• Failure to comply may result in suspension of training or denial of services.
